- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 egg whites
- Optional: toppings
Add the oats and egg whites into a bowl. Mix well, but do not whip the egg whites.
Grease a non-stick pan and heat the stove to medium heat.
Allow the pancake to cook until it is done to your liking. About 3 minutes.
Add toppings (maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh fruit, etc.).
